SimpleRisk is unable to communicate with the database. If SimpleRisk was already installed, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Double-check your database credentials in the config.php file
- Try manually connecting to the database using the command 'mysql -h <hostname> -u <username> -p' and specifying the password when prompted
- Contact support and provide a copy of any relevant messages from your web server's error log
